What is the warranty on AER?

AER will replace (at our discretion) any dryer, flat iron, curling iron, styling iron for twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase if it is defective in workmanship or materials. Failure to register your product will not diminish your warranty rights.  Please keep your proof of purchase.

Can I return or exchange my AER Dryer?

If you’d like to return your AER Dyer for a full refund, you need to do so within 30 days of purchase.


How do I return my AER Dryer?

To receive a full refund for an item purchased from AER, please follow these three steps:


  1. Contact Customer Service via the chat window on the website or email and initiate your return process. A representative will confirm the correct return shipping address and method.
  2. Package the item(s) to be returned in the original AER packaging.
  3. Send your returned item(s) shipping within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Unauthorized or COD returns will not be accepted.


Please allow 4-8 weeks for return fund processing.


How do I replace or repair my AER Dryer?

AER is pleased to offer a free service repair assessment.  Once the assessment is complete, the AER Customer Service will be in touch and review all service, repair or replacement options.


How do I track my order?

Once you complete a purchase AER will send you a confirmation receipt. AER processes all deliveries through trusted couriers. Once your order is shipped you will be provided with a tracking number via email and the name of the courier partner and you will be able to track delivery on the logistic company’s website.  If you purchased using a Subscriber Check-Out:

3) Enter your order number - you will find this in the Confirmation email sent to you after your purchase.

4) Enter your email address which was used to place the order.

What are the shipping options?

We deliver to addresses in the US and Canada. Ground shipping is free.  Express shipping if selected is available for an additional fee.  Duties and taxes may apply to orders in Canada.  Please contact your tax authority for more information.


How long can the AER Dryer operate cordlessly?

Depending on the desired heat output, The AER Dryer can run for up to 4 hours.


How do I charge the AER Dryer?

Plug the charging cradle cord into an electric outlet and place the dryer inside the cradle. The estimated charge time using the charging cradle is 90 minutes.  The AER Dryer also comes with a AC charging cord that can snap out of the unit, allowing for continued operation. 


How does the AER Dryer work?

The AER Dryer is powered by a high energy density Lithium Ion battery. Heat is generated through a dual heating coil system. Both heat and fan speed are controlled through a microprocessor.  It features multiple temperature and humidity sensors which allow for the dryer to regulate speed and hear output. It uses a 3-axis Accelerometer to detect motion and gestures.

The AER Dryer is powerful enough to reduce drying time by up to 50%, lightweight by industry standards, and equipped with SmartDry AI™ technology. It has ION functionality to customize your blowout while delivering maximum shine. Plus, since AER Dryer is battery powered, it reduces energy consumption by 70%.


How does SmartDry AI™ work?

SmartDry AI™ Technology allows for the ability to dynamically control heat output and fan speed using software that modifies settings based on the needs of hair health. Using data collection via a microprocessor in the device, this technology can load and record dynamic “SmartDry™ Profiles” that can be adjusted for particular hair types and lengths. This enables the AER Dryer to perform at customized settings specific to hair length and volume while also calculating the best way to effectively dry hair and avoid damage.


For example, a dry profile would start out at full heat output and fan speed to quickly remove the bulk of the moisture from the hair, but would then decrease heat output (and possibly fan speed depending on the user) once the hair begins to dry to protect from excess heating and most importantly hair damage.  The AER Dryer’s software allows heat and fan settings to optimize output and sustain hair health. SmartDry™ balances the needs of fast-dry time, hair protection and energy efficiency.

What comes with my purchase of AER?

The AER Dryer will include the dryer base, a battery charging cradle, a detachable AC power cord and come with both narrow and wide diffusers, and a concentrator attachment. A hair brush attachment and travel case are available for additional purchases.


How do I change the attachments?

Attachments can be removed by gently pulling or twisting the attachment away from the hair dryer. To secure an attachment, insert into the nozzle and twist until attachment is fastened.
